对汽车摩擦材料中增强纤维的选用做一综述性总结。探讨了石棉、钢纤维、玻璃纤维等在摩擦材料中应用的优缺点及对摩擦材料性能的影响。指出了石棉及代用纤维增强摩擦材料在我国一段时期内还将共存,并逐步转向无石棉半金属基摩擦材料,最终将全部采用高性能纤维增强材料。增强纤维也将由单一纤维变为混杂纤维。
A summary of the selection of the reinforcing fibers in the automobile friction material is made. The advantages and disadvantages of the application of asbestos, steel fiber and glass fiber in friction materials and their effects on the properties of friction materials were discussed. It is pointed out that asbestos and substitute fiber reinforced friction materials will coexist for a period of time in our country and will gradually shift to non - asbestos semi - metallic friction materials. All of them will eventually adopt high - performance fiber reinforced materials. Reinforcing fibers will also change from single fibers to hybrid fibers.
