在当前国有企业处于转换机制、深化改革的过程中,职工的心态如何呢?笔者经过调查,归纳起来,大至有十种表现: 关心企业。这类职工把自己一生的希望寄托在企业上,认为只有企业有了良好的效益职工才会有好的收入、好的福利。他们主动关心企业的经营管理情况,积极配合领导开展各项工作,认真圆满地完成自己的任务。这类职工虽占有一定比例,但多是年龄较大或从事简单劳动,以及一些社会上不易发展的技术工种的职工。 苦攻文凭。这类职工大多是有一定文化基础的青年职工,他们一心一意要获得大专和大专以上的文凭,或参加自考、或读电大、函大等,对工作一般是得过且过。他们大多数的心态都是在为自己的前途创造条件,他们的努力虽然客观上有利于企业的发展,但却需要克服负面的影响。
