目的:观察低速直涡轮机配合高速涡轮机微创拔牙法拔除下颌复杂阻生牙的临床效果。方法:分析我院于2016年3月-2017年3月期间收治的108例下颌复杂阻生牙患者资料,分成2组,对照组(51例)行传统拔牙术医治,实验组(57例)行低速直涡轮机配合高速涡轮机微创拔牙法医治,对比2组手术效果及并发症。结果:与对照组相比,实验组VAS评分(2.10±0.68)分与手术时间(30.15±6.42)min均更优(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组并发症总发生概率8.77%更低,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:下颌复杂阻生牙患者行低速直涡轮机配合高速涡轮机微创拔牙法医治可取得良好效果,且安全性高。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of low-speed straight turbines combined with high-speed turbine minimally invasive extraction of mandibular complex impacted teeth. Methods: The data of 108 patients with impacted mandibular complex impacted from March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were analyzed and divided into two groups. The control group (51 cases) underwent traditional dental extraction. The experimental group (57 cases) Row low-speed direct-turbine combined with high-speed turbine minimally invasive extraction of forensic surgery, compared the two groups of surgical effects and complications. Results: Compared with control group, VAS score (2.10 ± 0.68) and operation time (30.15 ± 6.42) min in experimental group were all better (P <0.05). Compared with control group, the total incidence of complications in experimental group was 8.77 % Lower, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Patients with complex mandibular impacted teeth can achieve good results with low-speed direct turbines combined with high-speed turbine minimally invasive extraction and high safety.
