高职院校自创立之日起,其首要任务就是为社会和企业培养能够服务于生产、管理第一线的应用型人才,此类人才与学术型、工程型的人才有着较大的区别.树立现代化教育理念,构建适应高职教育特色的现代服务业类专业人才培养模式,符合高职教育以就业需求为导向,服务企业为宗旨,培养应用型复合人才的办学目标.
