高校学生责任意识的培养在高校教育中占着举足轻重的作用,高职学生面临着多种角色的扮演,那么明确自己的角色责任意识并培养自己的角色责任意识,成为现代高职教育和社会发展的必然要求。从高职学生所“扮演”的三种角色——学生、员工和社会人为切入点,阐述高校责任意识教育和营造校园责任文化氛围的必要性,从而提出高职学生角色责任意识教育的“三阶段”推进模式。
