民营企业机制灵活、有较大的经营自主权,使其在获取优质人力资源上有很大的灵活性和自主权。但是,中小民营企业存在员工流动的问题,主要表现为员工流失率高、流失人员中基层管理人员和专业技术人员比例较高两方面。本文着重对民营企业的员工流动原因和解决对策进行探究和分析。
Private enterprises have a flexible mechanism and a large degree of operational autonomy, which gives them great flexibility and autonomy in accessing quality human resources. However, there are problems with the mobility of employees in small and medium-sized private enterprises, which are mainly due to the high turnover rate of employees, the loss of grassroots management personnel and the high proportion of professional and technical personnel in personnel. This article focuses on the investigation and analysis of the reasons for the flow of employees in private enterprises and their solutions.
