近年来,四川达钢集团工会组织大力推进学习型企业文化建设,把企业职工的成才之路和工资待遇与企业快速发展的人才需求相结合,走出了一条成功之路,实现了多方双赢的良好局面:企业解决了人才需求,人才培养走上可持续发展道路;有效地激发了职工学技术,钻业务的热情,职工收入得到逐步提高,构建了和谐的职工队伍。
In recent years, the Sichuan Da Gang Group unions vigorously promote the construction of a learning-oriented enterprise culture and combine the road to success and the wage and salaries of enterprises with the rapid development of the demand for qualified personnel of the enterprise, thus achieving a successful win-win situation. Situation: The enterprises solved the demand of talents and the personnel training took the path of sustainable development.
