医院究竟是什么的?医院“既是救死扶伤的社会组织,又是提供健康服务的经营机构”——该概念完全得益于市场化背景下国家所提出的“医疗产业化”政策导向。这是场勇敢的政策变革。既解放了资本,更增强了发展活力。苏醒的资本——包括民营的和外资的,开始大肆进军医疗市场——但是,一系列问题,包括医疗服务营销、医院服务管理、医院成本控制、医院人力资源、医疗品质管理等市场化概念手段,在长期的计划经济和陈旧的体制模式里,遭到了挑战。接受挑战的不仅仅是新加入的后来者,更多的是面临竞争考验的国有医院——他们在眼花缭乱的市场化手段面前,显得无所适从。究竟什么样的营销和管理模式更适合中国国情的医院?究竟现有医院体制里缺少了什么?是什么阻碍了有条件的医院更好的发展?北京大学光华管理学院MBA中国医院经营管理课题组,花了10个月的时间,实地调研全国20多个省市40多家各级医院,对此提出了一些独到的答案。

What kind of marketing and management model is more suitable for China’s national hospital? What is missing in the existing hospital system? What is hindering the development of better hospitals? Guanghua School of Management, MBA China Hospital Management Group, Peking University It took 10 months to conduct on-the-spot investigations into more than 40 hospitals at various levels in more than 20 provinces and cities across the country, and put forward some unique answers.
