现代化自动生产线具有综合性和系统性特点,自动生产线常常要综合应用多种技术知识。自动生产线的传感检测、传输与处理、控制、执行与驱动等机构在微处理单元的控制下协调有序地工作,有机地融合在一起。可编程序控制器(PLC)以其高抗干扰能力、高可靠性、高性价比且编程简单等优点,广泛地应用在自动生产线中,是自动生产线的控制中心。
Modern automated production line has a comprehensive and systematic features, automated production lines often have to comprehensively apply a variety of technical knowledge. Automatic production line sensing detection, transmission and processing, control, implementation and drive agencies under the control of the microprocessor unit to work in an orderly manner, organically integrated together. PLC is widely used in automatic production line because of its high anti-interference ability, high reliability, high cost performance and simple programming. It is the control center of automatic production line.
