1987年油菜秋播时,我市参加了长江上中游油菜秋发栽培协作,采用了三早栽培措施。在干旱、低温、冻害、风雪等自然灾害下,油菜仍获得好收成,比常规栽培一般增产40%以上。并出现了2000多亩150公斤以上的秋发高产示范片。油菜秋发栽培表现了生长势、抗逆性、丰产性、生命力均强的优势,是目前我市油菜高产的新途径。秋发油菜主要是充分利用9～11月的温、光、水资源,
