介绍4V-105柴油机连杆的工作概况,利用CAE设计分析程序ANSYS对连杆进行了有限元分析和优化设计。并对优化结果进行较详细的体积变化分析、对连杆进行相应的实验测试验证等,以验证连杆尺寸优化结果的合理性,最后得出了合理的连杆优化设计结果。
The work outline of 4V-105 diesel engine connecting rod is introduced. The finite element analysis and optimization design of the connecting rod is carried out by using CAE design analysis program ANSYS. And the results of the optimization are analyzed in more detail, and the corresponding experimental tests on the connecting rod are carried out to verify the rationality of the optimization results of the connecting rod size. At last, the reasonable connecting rod optimization design results are obtained.
