绩效管理是人力资源管理的核心问题。作为地方发电企业,要想在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,就要建立健全绩效管理制度,寻求最适合本企业的绩效管理方法。本文重点介绍了KPI法的运用。通过西安热电有限责任公司绩效考核经济责任制中的一些具体做法,对KPI法在绩效管理中的运用作了进一步论述。另外,在建立绩效管理体系时,还应注重绩效考核结果的反馈及应用。最后强调了绩效管理是一个广泛参与和不断改进与完善的过程。
Performance management is the core issue of human resource management.
