采用水热法制备了不同石墨烯掺量的氧化石墨烯(RGO)/TiO2复合光催化材料,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UVPC)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)及拉曼光谱(Raman等手段对催化剂进行了表征,并通过降解亚甲基蓝(MB)对催化剂活性进行了评价。结果发现,复合RGO后的TiO2在可见光区的光谱吸收性能得到显著改善,禁带宽度下降,光催化活性明显提高。本研究条件下,当RGO掺入量为2%时制备的催化剂具有最高的光催化活性。
The graphene oxide (RGO) / TiO2 composite photocatalyst with different graphene content was prepared by hydrothermal method. The structure of the photocatalytic material was characterized by XRD, UV-Vis, FT-IR, The catalysts were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and Raman spectroscopy (Raman), and the catalyst activity was evaluated by degradation of methylene blue (MB). The results showed that the spectral absorption of TiO2 in the visible region after composite RGO And the photocatalytic activity is obviously improved.When the content of RGO is 2%, the prepared photocatalyst has the highest photocatalytic activity.
