目的对化工企业存在的职业病危害因素、职业病防护设施进行分析与评价,找出职业病危害的关键控制点,提出合理可行的职业病防护对策。方法采用职业卫生现场调查,对主要职业病危害因素进行检测与分析,对职业健康监护结果进行分析,并对职业病防护设施、职业卫生管理、应急救援、个人防护用品等方面进行综合评价。结果作业场所定点噪声有超标现象,合格率为84.2%;个体噪声、化学毒物合格率为100.0%。职业健康检查119人中,2人疑似职业性噪声聋。结论项目属于职业病危害严重项目,其职业病防护设施有效,管理制度得到落实,企业应完善应急救援预案的制定与演练,加强职业健康检查及个人防护用品的使用。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the occupational disease hazards and occupational disease prevention facilities existing in the chemical industry, find out the key control points of occupational disease hazards and put forward the reasonable and feasible countermeasures for occupational disease prevention. Methods The occupational health field survey was conducted to detect and analyze the major occupational hazards and to analyze the occupational health monitoring results. The occupational disease prevention facilities, occupational health management, emergency rescue and personal protective equipment were comprehensively evaluated. Results There was a surpassing of fixed-point noise in the work site, with a passing rate of 84.2%. Individual noise and chemical poisons passed rate was 100.0%. Of the 119 people who occupy health examinations, two suspect occupational noise deafness. Conclusion The project belongs to the serious project of occupational disease hazards. The occupational disease protection facilities are effective and the management system is implemented. Enterprises should improve the formulation and exercise of emergency rescue plans and strengthen the use of occupational health examination and personal protective equipment.
