探讨单元教学的理论与实践，是21世纪学校体育改革的重要课题。通过调查、访谈，分析了目前体育教学实践中存在的一些问题，在有关文献理论研究的基础上，提出了实施大单元教学的理论依据，即：系统论的整体原理和布鲁纳的整体法；学习动作技能的年龄特征和迁移原理。并围绕教什么，怎样教，教学效果如何等问题，对体育大单元教学的设计与实施进行了初步的探讨。
Discussing the theory and practice of unit teaching is an important issue of school sports reform in the 21st century. Through investigation and interview, this paper analyzes some problems existing in PE teaching practice at present, and puts forward the theoretical basis of implementing large unit teaching on the basis of relevant literature theoretical research, that is, the overall principle of system theory and Bruna ’s overall law; Learn the age characteristics of movement skills and the principle of migration. And on the teaching of what, how to teach, how to effect teaching and other issues, the teaching of sports unit design and implementation of a preliminary discussion.
