以酸性黄棕壤为供试土壤,采用田间和盆栽试验,在缺钼与施钼条件下,观察并测定小麦苗期植株及叶片无机养分含量和分布差异。结果表明,缺钼导致小麦植株无机养分含量普遍高于施钼处理,其中N、P、K、Zn、B含量因缺钼而显著增高。同时小麦上部叶片养分含量和吸收量受缺钼影响大于下部叶片,其中第1和第2展开叶最为明显。缺钼引起无机养分在功能叶的叶尖和中部累积,造成叶片两端分布失衡
Acid yellow brown soil was used as test soil, and field and pot experiments were conducted to study the differences of inorganic nutrient contents and distribution between plants and leaves in wheat seedling stage. The results showed that the inorganic nutrient content of wheat caused by molybdenum deficiency was generally higher than that of molybdenum treatment, and the contents of N, P, K, Zn and B were significantly increased due to molybdenum deficiency. At the same time, the nutrient content and uptake of the upper leaves of wheat were more affected by molybdenum than the lower leaves, of which the first and the second leaves were the most obvious. Molybdenum causes inorganic nutrients to accumulate at the tip and middle of functional leaves, resulting in unbalanced distribution of leaf ends
