党政领导人才的评价内容、评价方法直接关系到人才选拔的有效性和人才培养的针对性。在人才评价的众多工具中,传记式数据有其独特的优势,即具有高预测效度、高应用效用、不易造假。本文探讨了传记式数据问卷的设计方法并分析了这一测评工具的信度与效度。根据领导人才的实践做出了评价内容、评价方式的建议:一是传记式数据是高预测效度的领导人才评价工具;二是传记式数据更适合应用于中层领导人才评价;三是传记式数据问卷的设计需要基于胜任能力模型;第四,传记式数据需要与其他测评方式结合使用。
The evaluation content and evaluation methods of party and government leaders and talented persons are directly related to the effectiveness of talent selection and the pertinence of personnel training. Among the many tools for talent evaluation, biographical data has its unique advantages: high predictive validity, high application effectiveness, and low false-positives. This article explores the design of the biographical data questionnaire and analyzes the reliability and validity of this assessment tool. According to the practice of leaders, the content of evaluation and the suggestion of evaluation methods are made. The first is that biographical data is a leader with high predictive validity. The second is that biographical data is more suitable for the evaluation of mid-level leaders. The third is biographical The design of the data questionnaire needs to be based on a competency model. Fourth, biographical data needs to be used in combination with other assessment methods.
