目的:探讨团体治疗对医科大学生焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法:用焦虑自评量表、抑郁状态问卷对632名大学生进行心理健康测评。结果:632名大学生中78名(12.3%)存在焦虑情绪,104名(16.5%)存在抑郁情绪。团体治疗前后焦虑、抑郁组和对照组经过治疗后两组抑郁及焦虑情绪均明显缓解,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:大学生易出现焦虑、抑郁情绪,而团体治疗可明显减轻或缓解其不良心理状态,提高个体心理健康水平。
Objective: To explore the effect of group therapy on anxiety and depression of medical college students. Methods: 632 undergraduates were evaluated with anxiety self-rating scale and depression status questionnaire. Results: Among the 632 college students, 78 (12.3%) had anxiety and 104 (16.5%) had depression. The depression and anxiety of the anxiety, depression and control groups before and after treatment were significantly relieved after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: College students prone to anxiety, depression, and group therapy can significantly reduce or alleviate the adverse psychological state, improve individual mental health.
