The Palynological Society of China held its first meeting of 6th National Palynological Conference of China at theAnhui University in Hefei,Anhui Province from September 18-20,2002.It brought together over 60 people from acrosshe country.Over 34 abstracts were received,which were mostly included in an abstract volume.All together 26 delegateshave their oral presentations on various aspects of palynology,representing some recent development of palynologicalstudy in China.
