Emergency management is faced with multiple concurrent decision-making tasks, the corresponding decision-making modeling analysis requires a variety of distributed, heterogeneous model of integration. In this paper, for emergency management of emergencies, an ontology-driven multi-model integration framework is proposed. The framework constructs four basic layers: scene space layer, task network layer, model composition layer and data interface layer, and uses a unified concept and ontology modeling language to establish task ontology, model ontology and data ontology, respectively, to achieve Task Knowledge, Heterogeneous Models and General Representation and Management of Data Resources. The framework also designs semantic reasoning engines that drive the communication and cooperation between adjacent layers. Through the interaction between levels, the system can semantic analysis of decision-making needs, automatically select and combine functional and interface consistent model, in order to achieve multi-model integrated modeling. The application examples show that this method can provide effective decision support for the integrated modeling and simulation of emergency management.
