本文研究了采用当地材料——风化砂、粘土,加入少量水泥及化学添加剂,作为围堰防渗心墙填料,它的弹性模量比混凝土材料大大降低,对适应堰体的变形较为有利。在研究过程中,在满足强度下限指标的前提下,配制不同的组合比(包括含水泥量 含水量等)的材料共6类40余组作试验比较,从中优选3~4组供施工设计参考,并为深入试验研究工作创造条件。
In this paper, the local materials - weathered sand, clay, a small amount of cement and chemical additives were added as cofferdam impervious core wall filler. The elastic modulus of the cofferdam is much lower than that of concrete, which is more favorable for the deformation of the weir. In the course of the research, under the premise of meeting the lower limit of strength index, a total of more than 40 groups of 6 kinds of materials with different combinations (including water content of cement content) were prepared for comparison.
