目的探讨矽肺小阴影早期在肺内的影像学分布特点。方法分析曾参加某铁路修建的12 726人中的754例肺内有尘肺小阴影样改变,但未达到矽肺Ⅰ期诊断标准的胸片影像。结果矽肺样小阴影早期在各肺区出现情况为:下肺区最多,上肺区明显较少;右侧多于左侧。2个肺区同时出现的组合:双侧下肺区的最多,双侧中肺区次之。结论矽肺小阴影早期在肺内的分布具有一定的规律性和特征性,对尘肺病的预防、诊断和治疗有着重要的指导意义。
Objective To investigate the imaging distribution characteristics of early small silicosis in the lung. Methods 754 lung cancer patients who had participated in the construction of a railway with small shadow of pneumoconiosis but did not meet the diagnostic criteria of stage Ⅰ silicosis were analyzed. Results The incidence of silicosis-like small shadows in each lung area at early stage was as follows: the most in the lower lung area, the less in the upper lung area, the more on the right than the left. The combination of two lung areas simultaneously: the most in the bilateral lower lung area and the second in the middle lung area. Conclusion The distribution of small silicotic small shadow early in the lung has a certain regularity and characteristic, which is of great guiding significance for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of pneumoconiosis.
