基于情绪调节过程模型,本研究构建了团队任务冲突对个体创造力的差异化影响模型。利用44个研发团队(169名成员和44名直接主管)的数据和多层线性模型(HLM)检验提出的假设,实证结果表明:认知重估使个体在面对任务冲突时表现出更高水平的创造力,观点采择部分中介这一关系;表达抑制使个体面对任务冲突时表现出较低水平的创造力,这一关系被情绪耗竭完全中介。
Based on the emotion regulation process model, this study constructs a model of the impact of team task conflict on individual creativity. Using the data from 44 R & D teams (169 members and 44 direct supervisors) and the Hierarchical Linear Model (HLM) to test the hypotheses made, empirical results show that cognitive revaluation allows individuals to exhibit higher levels of confrontational conflict The level of creativity, the point of view of the choice of part of the intermediary relationship; expression of inhibition of the individual in the face of the task of conflict showed a low level of creativity, the relationship is exhausted by emotional exhaustion intermediary.
