人才流失是当前我国国有企业面临的重大问题,其产生的原因主要是因为国企在分配机制、激励机制、培训机制、用人机制、考核机制等方面存在不足所致,而要缓解和解决这些问题,则需要国企在改进和完善科学合理的绩效薪酬体系、企业激励体系、员工培训体系、企业用人体系、绩效考核体系等方面下功夫,进而提升企业人力资源管理水平,为企业发展提供稳定的人才支持。

The reasons for this are mainly due to the deficiencies of the state-owned enterprises in the distribution mechanism, the incentive mechanism, the training mechanism, the employment mechanism and the assessment mechanism. To ease and solve these problems, It is necessary for state-owned enterprises to make efforts to improve and perfect the scientific and rational performance and salary system, enterprise incentive system, employee training system, enterprise employment system and performance appraisal system to enhance the level of human resources management and provide stable personnel support for the development of the enterprise .
