“双师型”教师是办好高职教育的根本要求,国家高度重视并积极推进“双师型”教师队伍建设。本文分析了当前“双师型”教师队伍建设面临的问题,并结合实际提出了关于“双师型”教师队伍建设的几点思考。 “Double Teachers ” Teachers are the Fundamental Requirement for Running Higher Vocational Education. The government attaches great importance to and actively promotes the construction of “Double Teachers” teachers. This article analyzes the problems faced by the current “double teacher” teacher team construction, and puts forward some thoughts on the construction of the “double teacher” teacher team.
