冷固结球团矿以铁精粉为原料,加入少量粘结剂均匀混碾,经过挤压成型后低温烘烤固结而成。高炉冶炼试验表明,冷球具有强度高、粒度均匀、软化区间窄、低温还原粉化率比较低等冶金性能。在本次试验中,高炉碱金属负荷为6.238kg/t,其中由冷球带入的碱金属负荷仅有1kg/t~2kg/t。高炉的排碱能力达到92.78%。在15%冷球与85%烧结矿搭配的条件下,高炉产量提高20%,焦比降低3%,经济效益十分显著。对中小高炉而言,冷球是一种很有发展前途的炉料。

In this test, the blast furnace alkali metal load 6.238kg / t, which brought by the cold ball of alkali metal load of only 1kg / t ~ 2kg / t. Blast furnace exhaust capacity reached 92.78%. In the condition of 15% cold ball and 85% sinter, the output of the blast furnace is increased by 20% and the coke ratio is reduced by 3%, the economic benefit is very significant. For the small blast furnace, the cold ball is a very promising charge.
