探讨了热压烧结制备Al/Al_2O_3复合材料的可能性。用SEM和XRD分析了添加5%Cu后复合材料界面的组织结构和相组成。研究了铜对材料硬度和耐磨性的影响。研究表明:Cu元素的加入可以明显提高复合材料的力学性能,同时可以使Al_2O_3的加入量显著提高。
The possibility of preparing Al / Al_2O_3 composites by hot press sintering was discussed. The microstructure and phase composition of the interface were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The effect of copper on the hardness and wear resistance of the material was investigated. The results show that the addition of Cu can obviously improve the mechanical properties of the composites, and meanwhile, the addition amount of Al 2 O 3 can be significantly increased.
