根据发动机工作过程模拟计算原理,采用GT-POWER软件对一级增压活塞式航空发动机建立涡轮增压器与发动机的仿真模型,并通过发动机实验数据验证了模型的准确性。按照高空环境条件对发动机提出的功率恢复的特殊要求,研究不同海拔高度下发动机与增压器的匹配规律,给出废气阀对增压系统的调节规律。分析结果表明,该仿真模型具有可信性且涡轮增压器的选型满足安全设计及匹配要求。
According to the calculation principle of engine working process, the simulation model of turbocharger and engine is established by using GT-POWER software for first-stage supercharged piston aeroengine, and the model’s accuracy is verified by experimental data of engine. In accordance with the special requirements of the power recovery proposed by the engine at high altitude and environmental conditions, the matching rules between the engine and the turbocharger at different altitudes are studied, and the regulations of the exhaust valve on the turbocharger system are given. The analysis results show that the simulation model is credible and the selection of turbocharger meets the safety design and matching requirements.
