由南昌自动化仪表厂负责、机械工业部上海工业自动化仪表研究所参加,共同承担的WYF-10型常温低热流辐射热流计,日前在江西省南昌市通过机械部组织的技术鉴定。 WYF-10型常温低热流辐射热流计采用微机技术,根据传热学基本原理建立数学模型,在不破坏被测热设备原有热分布的条件下,可以实现现场实时采样、运算,并给出测量结果。该产品具有便携、功能强、精确度高、智能化等特点,能客观地反映设备表面发射率对热损失的影响和设备热泄漏状况,对保证各工业部门设备安全、寻找设备过热部位、掌握热损失、节约能源等将发挥其特有的作用。 主要技术指标:①测温范围:20~150℃,基本误差:±1%(上限值+273);②热流测量范围:辐射热流密度:418~1815W/m~2,基本误差:±5%(上限值);③热交换热流密度:0~3000W/m~2,基本误差:±5%(上限值);④距离系统:20;⑤响应时间:4s;⑥显示方式:三位半数显或4~20mA模拟量输出。
