目的:建立百咳静糖浆的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对百咳静糖浆中陈皮、黄柏进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定糖浆中黄芩苷的含量,色谱柱为Hypersil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(50:50:0.2)。检测波长为280nm,柱温为40℃,流速为1.0ml·min~(-1)。结果:TLC鉴别方法专属性强;黄芩苷在5.36~85.76μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围內与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=1.36%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便可靠,可以用于控制百咳静糖浆的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Baike static syrup. Methods: TLC and TLC were used to identify the Citrus rehmanniae and Phellodendron chinense in syrup. The content of baicalin in syrup was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The column was Hypersil C18 (250 mm × 4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid (50:50: 0.2). The detection wavelength was 280nm, the column temperature was 40 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0ml · min ~ (-1). Results: TLC identification method was specific and specific. Baicalin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 5.36 ~ 85.76μg · ml ~ (-1), r = 0.9999, with an average recovery of 99.3% and RSD = 1.36% = 6). Conclusion: The established method is simple and reliable and can be used to control the quality of syrup.
