浮麦汤治更年期出汗浮小麦(中药店有售)、红糖各50克,干大枣3枚。将浮小麦和大枣放入锅内加3大碗水,用旺火煮沸后,调至小火再煮25分钟,然后加入红糖煮5分钟即可出锅。将汤汁分成两份,早晚各服一份。连服3个月左右,对女性更年期引起的体虚出汗有很好的疗效。
Floating wheat soup treats menopausal sweating floating wheat (available in pharmacies), 50 grams of brown sugar, and 3 dried dates. Add the floating wheat and jujube into the pot and add 3 bowls of water. After boiling with a stir, adjust it to a low heat and cook for 25 minutes. Then add brown sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Divide the soup into two servings, one each morning and evening. Even for 3 months or so, it has a good effect on the body sweating caused by female menopause.
