患者,女,48岁。近两个月因明显腹胀,轻度食欲不振,两季肋部隐痛,双下肢沉重感于1987年4月20日入院。既往有肝炎病史十多年。查体;面色晦暗,血压16.0/10.6kPa(120/80mmHg),心肺正常。肝上界右锁骨中线六肋间,肝肋下未触及,脾肋下触及3.0cm,质中等硬,无触痛。移动性浊音阳性,双下肢轻度凹陷性水肿。实验室检查:白细胞5.0×10~9/L(5000/mm~3),中性67％,红细胞4.31×10~(12)/L(431万/
Patient, female, 48 years old.
