我国自1994年开始采用碘酸钾进行全民食盐加碘后,碘缺乏病的防治取得了巨大进展,但碘酸钾的安全性在学界存在一定的争议。本文就碘酸钾的理化特性及安全性进行了综述。我国食盐中添加的碘酸钾剂量较低,对机体是安全的。
Great progress has been made in the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders since China began iodine-containing salt iodization in 1994, but the safety of potassium iodate in the academic community there is some controversy. This article reviews the physicochemical properties and safety of potassium iodate. China’s salt to add a lower dose of potassium iodate, the body is safe.
