法治国家,在赋予法官职权的同时,应给予法官相应的职业保障。法官豁免制度在保障法官独立,维护司法公正与权威等方面具有重要意义,而我国现行的法官豁免制度存在诸多缺陷,难以保障法官依法独立自主的行使审判职能。因此,应积极借鉴国外经验,尽快建立我国的的法官豁免制度,保障法官依法独立自主的行使职权,实现司法公正。 The rule of law, while giving judges the power, should be given the judge the appropriate job security. The system of judge immunity is of great significance in ensuring the independence of judges and safeguarding the judicial impartiality and authority. However, the current system of judicial immunity in our country has many defects and it is difficult to guarantee that judges exercise their judicial functions independently in accordance with the law. Therefore, we should learn from foreign experience and establish the system of judges’ immunity in our country as soon as possible so as to ensure that judges exercise their powers independently and autonomously in accordance with the law and realize judicial fairness.
