报道了斜纹夜蛾核多角体病毒(Spodoptera litura nucleopolyhedrovirus, SpltNPV)基因组DNAXbaI2.0kb片段的核苷酸全序列,该片段包括三个完整的读码框(open reading frame, ORF),即ORF1、ORF2、ORF3及一个不完整的读码框ORF4-part。ORF1长477个核苷酸,可编码158个氨基酸的蛋白质,分子量18.08 kD,它与AcMNPV ORF51在同源区域内蒙基苷有18%相同;ORF2长570个核苷酸,可编码189个氨基酸的蛋白质,分子量为21.64kD,它与LdNPVhelicase2基因在同源区域内氨基酸有22%相同;ORF3长165个核苷酸,可编码54个氨基酸的蛋白质,分子量为6.23kD,它与已知的杆状病毒基因没有同源性,可能为杆状病毒的一个新基因;不完整的ORF4-part长550个核苷酸,可编码183个氨基酸,它编码的氨基酸序列与AcMNPV 几丁质酶C端的氨基酸序列有较高的同源性,相同的氨基酸占56%。在ORF1、 ORF2起始密码上游有什状病毒早期后动于基序CAGT,在ORF3起始密码上游则有杆状病毒晚期启动子基序TA?
The complete nucleotide sequence of XbaI2.0kb fragment of Spodoptera litura nucleopolyhedrovirus (SpltNPV) genomic DNA was reported. This fragment contains three complete open reading frames (ORFs), ORF1, ORF2 , ORF3 and an incomplete reading frame ORF4-part. ORF1 is 477 nucleotides in length and encodes a protein of 158 amino acids with a molecular mass of 18.08 kD and is 18% identical to that of AcMNPV ORF51 in the homologous region. ORF2 is 570 nucleotides long and encodes 189 Amino acid protein with a molecular weight of 21.64kD, which is 22% homologous to the LdNPVhelicase2 gene in the homologous region; ORF3 is 165 nucleotides in length and encodes a protein of 54 amino acids with a molecular mass of 6.23 kD, The known baculovirus gene has no homology and may be a new gene of baculovirus. The incomplete ORF4-part is 550 nucleotides long and encodes a protein of 183 amino acids. The encoded ORF4-part encodes the amino acid sequence of AcMNPV chitin The amino acid sequence of C-terminal of the enzyme has high homology, the same amino acid accounts for 56%.
