肌普及其制剂近年来在临床上广泛使用,据报道,尚存在一些质量问题。我们用纸层析法、薄层法、电泳法及紫外分光法对肌苷及其分解产物进行分析对比,认为目前多数地方标准收载的紫外分光法所测得的含量不能反映其真实含量,而用纸层析法可较为准确、合理地控制肌苷及其制剂的质量,且较薄层法、电泳法更简便、迅速。一、肌苷分解产物的紫外吸收及纸层析分析肌苷及其分解产物和可能存在的其它嘌呤类物质,其紫外吸收峰非常接近,肌普及水解产物——次黄嘌呤的水溶液(pH值为5~6),其最大吸收峰分别为248.5nm及
