目的研究甘松地上与地下部分的挥发油化学成分。方法通过水蒸汽蒸馏法提取甘松地上、地下部分挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析、鉴定其化学成分。结果首次对甘松地上部分挥发油进行提取并从中鉴定出40个化合物,占总挥发油的77.32%;地下部位挥发油鉴定出36个,占总挥发油的88.02%。两者共有成分20个,分别占总挥发油的57.69%和85.06%。甘松地上与地下部分挥发油主要成分均含有水菖蒲烯、β-马里烯、α-古芸烯、马兜铃烯、广藿香醇、[1R-(1α.,4a.β.,8a.α.)]-十氢-1,4a-二甲基-7-(1-异亚丙基)-1-萘酚;喇叭烯氧化物(Ⅱ)仅存在于地下部位,且含量仅次于水菖蒲烯。结论甘松地上和地下部位的主要成分基本相同,但种类和含量上略有差异。实验结果为甘松的进一步开发利用提供依据。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil in aerial and underground parts of N. koraiensis. Methods Volatile oil from aboveground and underground parts of Pseudo pine was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results For the first time, 40 volatile compounds were extracted from aerial parts of Pinus koraiensis, accounting for 77.32% of the total volatile oils. Thirty-six volatile oils were identified from underground parts, accounting for 88.02% of the total volatile oils. The two share a total of 20 ingredients, accounting for 57.69% and 85.06% of the total respectively. The main constituents of the essential oil of aerial and underground parts of N. koraiensis contain Acorus gramine, β-Maliolene, α-Furotane, Aristolol, patchoulol, [1R- (1α., 4a.β.α, 8a.α )] -decahydro-1,4a-dimethyl-7- (1-isopropylidene) -1-naphthol; the terpene oxide (II) exists only in the underground part and is second only to the water Calene. Conclusion The main components of the aboveground and underground parts of N. koraiensis are basically the same, but the species and content are slightly different. The experimental results provide the basis for the further development and utilization of karst pine.
