淮阴复线船闸工程总土方量为331万立方米,其中闸塘和上、下引航道的大部分水上土方工程采用水力冲土方法施工。水力冲土施工在本省大型水利土方工程中还是首次采用,加快了工程进度,节约了工程费用,省去动员大批民力,不增加后方负担,一举数得。土方工程概况淮阴复线船闸位于淮阴市西郊六公里处,在现有船闸北侧,纵向中心线相距160米,是京杭运扬段续建工程之一。
