本文通过机翼形双列叶栅扩压器在46Gp130高压比增压器上(设计工况时,压比=3.5,流量=3.5公斤/秒)与两种不同叶轮K_1,K_2进行了多方案匹配试验,选出最佳性能与单列三角形扩压器试验结果相比,并绘制成压气机性能此较曲线,从而,显示了双列叶栅扩压器优点。另外,还介绍了双列叶栅扩压器设计原理和参数选择。从而,使读者进一步了解双列叶栅扩压器结构特点和设计方法,为生产、使用和进一步研究双列叶栅扩压器提供参考。
In this paper, the airfoil double-row cascade diffuser was used to conduct a multi-scheme with two different impellers K_1 and K_2 on a 46Gp130 high pressure ratio supercharger (design condition, pressure ratio = 3.5, flow = 3.5 kg / The matching test, which selects the best performance compared to single row triangular diffuser test results and plots the performance of the compressor, shows the advantages of double row cascade diffuser. In addition, the design principle and parameters of double cascade diffuser are also introduced. Therefore, the reader can further understand the structure characteristics and design methods of double-cascaded diffuser, and provide references for the production, use and further study of double-cascaded diffuser.
