介绍一种测井仪器调试台架的系统组成设计方案。设计方案采用主从式结构,主机和前端机通过以太网互联。前端机基于ARM7技术,定义了扩展I/O总线,使核心板和各种专业化功能板形成积木式组合;讨论了核心板和典型功能板的设计方案以及嵌入端软件和主控软件的设计思路。以此方案成功设计和研制了微电阻率扫描测井仪、阵列感应测井仪、多极阵列声波测井仪等系列化成像测井仪的调试台架。
This paper introduces a system design of logging tool debugging bench. The design adopts the master-slave structure, the host and front-end machine through Ethernet interconnection. The front-end based on ARM7 technology, defines the expansion of I / O bus, the core board and a variety of specialization board form a modular combination; discussed the core board and the typical function board design and embedded software and master control software design Ideas. With this scheme, we have successfully designed and developed the commissioning bench for series of imaging logging tools such as micro resistivity scanning logging tool, array sensing logging tool and multi-polar array acoustic logging tool.
