应用原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中的砷含量,不同的消解方法测定值有所差异,应用电热板消解和微波消解处理标准样品,分析2种消解方法的优缺点。结果表明:采用电热板消解的测定值低于标准值;采用微波消解法的测定值最为接近标准值,是一种方便快捷、结果准确、可靠的消解预处理方法。
The content of arsenic in soil was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The difference of different digestion methods was different. Standard samples were treated by digestion of plate and microwave digestion, and the advantages and disadvantages of two digestion methods were analyzed. The results show that the measured value of digestion with hot plate is lower than the standard value; the value of microwave digestion method is the closest to the standard value, which is a convenient, accurate and reliable digestion pretreatment method.
