目的了解五华县居民意外死亡情况及变化趋势,为制定相应防控策略提供科学依据。方法对2006-2011年五华县全人群死因监测资料中的意外死亡资料进行整理分析。结果 2006-2011年意外死亡2 328人,年均死亡率30.18/10万,占全死因的6.46%,居全死因第5位。男、女性意外死亡率分别为39.38/10万和20.43/10万,男性高于女性。前5位意外死因是机动车辆交通事故、淹死、自杀、意外跌落和意外中毒。除0岁组外,意外死亡率随年龄的增长而上升,0～4岁和5～14岁年龄段人群主要意外死因为淹死,分别占该年龄段意外死亡的63.58%和57.08%,15岁及以上人群主要意外死因为机动车辆交通事故,25～59岁青壮年第2位意外死因为自杀,60岁以上人群第2位意外死因为意外跌落。结论意外伤害已经成为五华县居民的主要死因之一,机动车辆交通事故、淹死、自杀是主要意外死因,应加大关注力度,全面落实伤害三级预防措施。
Objective To understand the accidental deaths and the trend of residents in Wuhua County and to provide a scientific basis for formulating the corresponding prevention and control strategies. Methods Data of accidental death in the monitoring data of all causes of death in Wuhua County from 2006 to 2011 were analyzed. Results There were 2,328 unplanned deaths in 2006-2011, with an average annual death rate of 30.18 / 100,000, accounting for 6.46% of all causes of death, ranking fifth in the cause of death. The accidental death rates of males and females were 39.38 / lakh and 20.43 / lakh, respectively, higher in males than in females. The top five causes of accidents were motor vehicle traffic accidents, drowning, suicide, accidental falls and accidental poisoning. In addition to the 0-year-old group, the accidental death rate increased with age. The main accidental deaths in 0-4 and 5-14 age groups drowned, accounting for 63.58% and 57.08% of the accidental deaths in this age group respectively The major cause of death for people aged above and above was a motor vehicle accident. The second accidental death in a 25- to 59-year-old adolescent was suicide, and the second accidental cause of death among people over the age of 60 was accidental. Conclusion Accidental injury has become one of the major causes of death in Wuhua County. Traffic accidents, drowning and suicide are the major causes of death. Motorists should pay more attention to the full implementation of preventive measures to prevent injury.
