采用菌丝生长速率法,对10种杀菌剂在500μg/g浓度下进行筛选,获得2种抑菌率达100%的杀菌剂———多菌灵原粉和50%扑海因。用平板稀释法和组织培养法获得11株生物菌株,其中4种抗性菌株对该菌有很好的抑制作用。本文为水稻小球菌核病药剂防治和生物防治提供一定的理论基础。
The mycelial growth rate method was used to screen 10 fungicides at a concentration of 500μg / g. Two fungicides with 100% bacteriostasis rate were obtained - carbendazim powder and 50% puerarin. Eleven strains of bacteria were obtained by plate dilution method and tissue culture method. Among them, four strains showed good inhibitory effect on the strain. This article provides some theoretical basis for the control and biological control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.
