采用两步法成功地设计合成了ZnO/石墨烯和SnO_2/石墨烯纳米复合物。利用热重(TG-DTG)分析了两种复合物的组成。采用拉曼光谱表征了两种纳米复合物的结构。另外,用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)对所得复合物的形貌特征分别进行了分析,结果表明,该方法制得的ZnO/石墨烯和SnO_2/石墨烯纳米复合物均达到了均匀分散。因此,该方法既是合成这两种纳米复合物的一种有效方法,也为其他金属氧化物/石墨烯纳米复合物的合成提供了实验基础。
The ZnO / graphene and SnO 2 / graphene nanocomposites were successfully designed and synthesized by the two-step method. The composition of the two complexes was analyzed by thermogravimetry (TG-DTG). The structures of the two nanocomposites were characterized by Raman spectroscopy. In addition, the morphology of the obtained composite was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). The results show that ZnO / graphene and SnO 2 / graphene nanocomposites prepared by this method all achieve uniform dispersion. Therefore, this method is not only an effective method for synthesizing these two kinds of nanocomposites, but also provides an experimental basis for the synthesis of other metal oxide / graphene nanocomposites.
