写好各种公文材料,是干部的一项必备素质,也是各级干部在工作中必不可少的一项业务。提高写作能力与提高干部的理论水平、政策水平、事物观察能力、分析判断能力、归纳推理能力、逻辑思维能力等均有连带关系。写作能力和修改文稿能力每提高一步,都要求上述水平或能力有相应的进步。怎样才能培养和提高自己的写作能力?这里没有捷径可走,只能靠自己认真学习、反复练习、亲自实践。具体地说,应注意从以下几点做起。
