由于长江三角洲地区制造业的集群式发展导致劳动力大量涌入,长三角地区成为外来人口集聚较多的区域。外来务工人员子女的成长问题已成为社会关注的焦点,这一特殊群体的健康成长已成为家庭、学校、社会共同关注的问题。不少热心的社会公益组织、企业都向外来务工人员子女伸出了援助之手,捐资助学并创办了多所学校,配备了教学设施。但捐助的教学设施和一些帮扶活动是否有效?本文采用问卷调查的方法,对上海市25所打工子弟小学的100位老师进行问卷调查。调查显示,学生的学习环境相对已得到改善,老师们的薪资待遇也有一定程度的提高。但是相对于公办学校而言,打工子弟小学的硬件设施、师资水平还是相对落后的。从调查结果看,社会援助仍需继续,社会援助体系仍待完善。
Due to the massive influx of labor force due to the cluster-based manufacturing development in the Yangtze River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta region has become a region where more foreign residents are concentrated. The growth of children of migrant workers has become the focus of society. The healthy growth of this special group has become a common concern of families, schools and the community. Many enthusiastic social welfare organizations and enterprises have extended their assistance to the migrant workers’ children and donated money to support and set up a number of schools equipped with teaching facilities. However, the donation of teaching facilities and some supportive activities are effective? This paper uses a questionnaire survey to survey 100 teachers from 25 migrant children’s primary schools in Shanghai. The survey shows that the learning environment for students has been relatively improved, and the salaries and wages of teachers have also been raised to a certain extent. However, relative to public schools, migrant children’s primary school hardware facilities, the level of teachers is still relatively backward. According to the survey results, social assistance still needs to be continued and social assistance system still needs improvement.
