高层建筑各楼层剪力墙水平施工缝的处理方法为:待楼层混凝土浇筑48h后,混凝土强度达到1.5N/mm2、基本达到楼层混凝土上人条件时,由专业技术工人用锤钎将剪力墙钢筋之间的混凝土表面凿出,深度为2～3cm,使该部位形成凹凸的粗糙面,从而起到水平施工缝毛化处理的作用,然后将凿除的混凝土松散碎块清理干净。由于碎块在剪力墙墙筋之间部位,人工不易清理彻底,我单位通过实际操作,总结出用空气压缩机(即气泵)清理混凝土碎块法,清理效果较好。
