China Workers Education and Vocational Training Association non-ferrous metal branch of the Fifth Member Congress on April 5, 2003 to 7 in Shandong Aluminum Company. Mr. Bi Xili, secretary general of China Professional Association, Jiang Weixiang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, Mr. Jin Shirong, deputy secretary-general of the association and vice director of Organization Personnel Department, Mr. Ding Xuequan, general manager of Nonferrous Metals Industry Talent Center, and 86 representatives from member units attended the meeting. Comrade Jiang Weixiang made a speech at the meeting and demanded that the participating delegates conscientiously implement the party and the state
