目的分析涡轮增压器生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素,评估其对劳动者健康的危害程度,并对防护措施效果进行评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、现场检测分析的方法收集数据和资料,按照国家相关的法律法规进行定量、定性分析和评价。结果该涡轮增压器建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业病防护设施、职业卫生规章制度等符合国家法律法规规定;该项目生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素为粉尘,盐酸、苯系物、正己烷等化学毒物,噪声、工频电场、高温等物理因素,其中抛光打磨车间岗位粉尘浓度(2.75~42.80mg/m3)、噪声强度(8 h等效声级为88.6 dB)超标,其余岗位或工作场所职业病危害因素的浓度或强度均符合职业卫生标准的要求。结论该项目为职业病危害较重建设项目,部分防护措施需进一步改善。
Objective To analyze the hazards of occupational diseases in the process of turbocharger production, evaluate its harm to the health of laborers, and evaluate the effect of protective measures. Methods Occupational health field survey and on-site detection and analysis methods were used to collect data and data, and quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluation were conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of the state. Results The location and overall layout of the turbocharger construction project, production equipment layout, building hygiene, occupational disease protection facilities and occupational health regulations and rules were in compliance with national laws and regulations. Occupational hazards in the production process of the project were dust , Hydrochloric acid, benzene series, hexane and other chemical poisons, noise, power frequency electric field, high temperature and other physical factors, including dust polishing workshop dust concentration (2.75 ~ 42.80mg / m3), noise intensity 88.6 dB) exceeded the concentration or strength of the occupational hazards in other positions or workplaces in line with the requirements of occupational health standards. Conclusion The project is a serious occupational disease hazard construction project, some protective measures need to be further improved.
