以普通日光型荧光灯为对照,就不同光质的荧光灯对黄瓜、番茄幼苗生长的影响在全人工光照条件下进行了比较。结果表明,黄瓜和番茄幼苗对光质反应的趋势基本一致,红光下幼苗的干物质积累多,叶面积扩展快,光合速率、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖及总糖的含量均最高;叶绿素a/b比值及总氮含量最低。两种蔬菜对光质反应有量上的差异,可能与它们原产地的光环境不同有关。红、兰混合光下生长的幼苗稍优于红光。
Taking ordinary daylight fluorescent lamp as control, the effects of different light quality fluorescent lamps on the growth of cucumber and tomato seedlings were compared under full artificial light conditions. The results showed that the trend of light response of cucumber and tomato seedlings was basically the same, under the red light, seedlings had more dry matter accumulation, faster leaf area expansion, highest photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar and total sugar content. Chlorophyll a / b ratio and the lowest total nitrogen content. The differences in the amounts of light and light responses between the two vegetables may be related to the different light conditions of their origin. Red and blue mixed light growth of seedlings slightly better than the red light.
